DNA倍体异常的中医中药干预效果

目的:观察DNA倍体异常者的中药干预效果。方法:将DNA倍体异常者338例按临床表现分为2组,无临床表现仅DNA倍体异常者为对照组,有不同临床表现且DNA倍体异常者为中药干预组,中药干预组阴道放置中药制剂,于月经干净第1天开始,每晚阴道放置2粒中药制剂,连用14天为1个疗程,休息16天,开始第2个疗程,每3个疗程中间休息1个月,第4个月及8、12、18个月随访观察2组患者DNA倍体异常改善情况。结果:DNA倍体异常数目的治愈率与干预措施及干预时间呈正相关。

The Intervention Effects of TCM and Herbs for the Patients with DNA Ploidy Anomaly

Objective: To observe the intervention effects of TCM and herbs for the patients with DNA ploidy anomaly. Methods: All 338 patients were randomized into two groups according to clinical manifestations, the pa-tients with DNA ploidy anomaly but showing no clinical manifestations were chosen as the control group, and the patients showing different clinical manifestations as herbal intervention group, the patients in herbal intervention group accepted placing herbs in the vagina since the first day when the period ended, two herbal preparations in the vagina each night, 14 days were one course of the treatment, the interval was 16 days, the second courses of the treatment started, the therapy paused for one month each three courses of the treatment, the improvements of the pa-tients with DNA ploidy anomaly in both groups were observed and followed up at the fourth month, eighth, 12th and 18th month. Result: Cure rate of DNA ploidy anomaly is positively related to intervention measures and intervention time.
