| 摘 要： | 目的:制备小儿增食灵口服液,并制定其质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对方中苍术及茯苓进行鉴别,HPLC法测定甘草酸含量。结果:建立的薄层色谱法能够对方中苍术及茯苓准确定性,甘草酸的含量测定法能够快速准确地对方中甘草定量测定,加样回收率为99.09%,RSD为0.87%。结论:该方法可用于小儿增食灵口服液的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To prepare Children ZengShiLing Oral Liquid and make its quality control methods.Methods:Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was used to differentiate CangZhu (rhizoma atractylodis) and FuLing (Poria cocos) in the formula.HPLC was used to determine the glycyrrhizic acid content.Results:TLC method could accurately determine the nature of CangZhu and FuLing.Glycyrrhizic acid content measured method could quickly and accurately determined quantitative assay of GanCao (licorice) in formula and the sample recovery rate was 99.09％,RSD was 0.87％.Conclusion:This method can be used for the quality control of Children ZengShiLingOral Liquid. |
