绵茵陈中绿原酸的提取工艺及纯化工艺优选

摘    要:目的:优选绵茵陈的提取工艺及纯化工艺。方法:以绿原酸含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸含量,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交实验法优选绵茵陈的提取工艺;采用不同乙醇浓度沉淀绵茵陈水提取液中绿原酸的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为用12倍量水提取3次,1 h/次;最佳纯化工艺为70%乙醇沉淀绵茵陈水提液中绿原酸。结论:最佳提取工艺对绵茵陈中绿原酸有较高提取率,水提醇沉纯化绵茵陈中绿原酸的含量采用70%乙醇。

Optimization of Extraction Process and Purification Process of Chlorogenic Acid from MianYinChen
Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process and purification process of MianYinChen.Methods:Taking the chlorogenic acid content as indexes,high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to determine the chlorogenic acid content.Orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process of herba artemisia scoparira with the added water,extraction time and extraction times as investigation factors.Different concentration of ethanol was used to deposit the chlorogenic acid content in herba artemisia scoparira water extraction.Results:The best extraction process was using 12 times volume water for the extraction,extracting three times and one hour for each time.The best purification process was adopting 70% ethanol to deposit the chlorogenic acid content in herba artemisia scoparira water extraction.Conclusion:The best extraction process has higher extraction efficiency for chlorogenic acid in herba artemisia scoparira.For purification process,we should choose 70% ethanol for depositing the chlorogenic acid content in MianYinChen.
