茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸150例

目的:观察茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将300例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各150例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予茵栀黄口服液,2~3次/d,5 mL/次,口服。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒,2次/d,0.5 g/次,口服。2组均连续治疗7天,观察转入新生儿重症监护室的患儿例数及呕吐、腹泻的发生情况。结果:经皮测黄疸值治疗3天、7天时2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。转入新生儿重症监护室患儿例数、呕吐例数、腹泻例数2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效显著。

YinZhiHuang Oral Liquid in Treating 150 Cases of Neonatal Jaundice

Objective:To observe the effects of YinZhiHuang oral liquid on neonatal jaundice.Methods:300 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group 150 cases.The observation group was given YinZhiHuang oral liquid on the basis of routine treatment,two to three times one day,five mL each time,oral administration.The control group was given Medilac-Vita on the basis of routine treatment,two times one day,0.5g each time,oral administration.Both groups were given continuous treatment for seven days,case number,conditions of vomiting and diarrhea of children who shifted into neonatal intensive care unit (UICU) were observed.Results:In three days and seven days after treatment,there were statistical differences between two groups in percutaneous jaundice value (P＜005).Compared case number,vomiting number,diarrhea number of children who shifted into UICU,there were statistical differences between two groups(P＜005).Conclusion:YinZhiHuang oral liquid has significant effects on neonatal jaundice.
