膝骨性关节炎患者低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白5基因与中医体质相关性研究

目的:研究膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白5基因rs3736228位点多态性与中医体质的相关性。方法:对KOA患者进行中医体质问卷调查,对平和质、阳虚质、阴虚质3种高发体质的KOA患者进行LRP5基因多态性检测,同时随机选取54例健康非血缘关系志愿者作为对照组。结果:本次研究共检测出LRP5基因rs3736228位点三种基因型,分别为CC、TT、CT。病例组与对照组比较,各基因型及等位基因差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。平和质病例组、阳虚质病例组、阴虚质病例组分别与对照组比较,各基因型与等位基因差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:LRP5基因rs3736228位点多态性可能与KOA无相关性。

Relevant Study on Low-density Lipoprotein Receptor-related Protein 5 Gene and TCM Constitutions of the Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To study the relationship between low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5 (LRP5) Gene: site polymorphism of rs3736228 and TCM constitution of the patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: Questionnaire survey of TCM constitution was conducted in patients with KOA, LRP5 gene polymor-phism was detected in KOA patients of specific, Yang-deficiency and Yin-deficiency constitutions, and 54 healthy non-genetic connection volunteers were selected randomly as the control group. Results: Three genetic types of rs3736228 site of LRP5 gene were detected in this study, and they were CC, TT and CT. patients group compared withthecontrolgroup,therewere no statistical differences in the comparison of all kinds genotypes and alleles (P>0.05). Specific cases group, Yang-deficiency cases group and Yin-deficiency cases group compared with the control group separately, there were no statistical differences in all kinds of genotypes and alleles (P>0.05). Conclusion: There might be no correlation between rs3736228 site morphism of LRP5 gene and KOA.
