四磨汤口服液联合专项护理促进腹部手术患者胃肠功能恢复的效果

目的:观察四磨汤口服液联合专项护理促进腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效及安全性。方法:将腹部手术患者200例随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组患者采用四磨汤口服液联合专项护理干预,对照组患者仅接受常规护理干预。观察比较2组患者胃肠功能障碍发生情况、胃肠功能障碍恢复时间和药物不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者胃肠功能障碍发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的10.20%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.50,P=0.03);观察组患者术后首次排气时间、进食时间和排便时间均短于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组患者治疗过程中未观察到相关不良反应。结论:四磨汤口服液联合专项护理干预可显著缩短胃肠道术后患者肠鸣音恢复时间和首次排气、进食、排便时间,降低患者胃肠道功能障碍发生率,同时无明显不良反应发生。

The Effects of SiMo Tang Oral Liquid Combined with Special Care in Promoting Gastrointestinal Function of Patients after Abdominal Surgery

Objective:To observe the effects and safety of SiMo Tang oral liquid combined with special care in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after abdominal surgery.Methods:200 patients atter abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group 100 cases.The observation group was given SiMo Tang oral liquid combined with special care,the control group only given routine nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions,the recovery time of gastrointestinal dysfunction and adverse reaction of medicines were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction was 2.00％,lower than 10.20％ of the control group,there was statistical difference (x2=4.50,P=0.03);first exhaust time,time for eating and defecation time in the observation group were shorted than the control group obviously,there were statistical differences(P＜ 0.05);adverse reactions of taking SiMo Tang were not observed in the observation group during treatment period.Conclusion:SiMo Tang oral liquid combined with special care can shorten the recovery time of gurgling sound,first exhaust time,time for eating and defecation time,lower the rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction,and it has no adverse reactions.
