鼻渊丸对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后鼻黏膜恢复的影响

目的:观察鼻渊丸对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后鼻腔黏膜功能恢复的影响。方法:将慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后患者55例随机分为治疗组27例,对照组28例,2组患者均行鼻内窥镜下鼻窦功能性手术,术后鼻腔局部用药及内窥镜下鼻腔常规换药处理。对照组同时口服抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服鼻渊丸。观察患者鼻腔黏膜肿胀消除以及鼻腔黏膜纤毛功能恢复情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.59%,对照组为82.14%;2组患者术后1周黏膜纤毛传输速率相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);黏膜功能恢复情况治疗组优于对照组。结论:鼻渊丸可能通过加速鼻黏膜修复明显改善鼻-鼻窦炎术后患者症状。

The Influence ofBiYuanPills on Nasal Mucous Membrane Recovery of the Patients after the Operation of Chronic Rhinosinusitis

Objective: To observe the influence ofBiYuanpills on functional recovery of nasal mucous mem-brane of the patients after the operation of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS). Methods: All 55 patients were randomized into 27 cases of the treatment group and 28 cases of the control group, both groups accepted functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), they accepted drug use in nasal cavity and routine dressing changing of nasal cavity under the endoscope. The control group took antibiotics and the treatment groupBiYuanpills on the basis of routine treatment. The swelling elimination of nasal mucous membrane and functional recovery of nasal mucosa cilia of the patients were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%, higher than 82.14% of the control group; the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of mucosal cilia transmission rate in one weeks be-tween both groups (P<0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in the functional recovery of mu-cous membrane. Conclusion:BiYuanpills could improve the symptoms of the patients after the operation of CRS obviously by accelerating the recovery of nasal mucous membrane.
