针灸治疗股外侧皮神经炎临床研究

目的:对近年来临床针灸治疗股外侧皮神经炎的相关文献进行回顾,以便临证选取有效的针灸治疗方案,并为日后研究进行必要的探索。方法:检索近年来临床针灸治疗股外侧皮神经炎的相关文献,对其病因病机、治疗方法、穴位选择、具体操作、治疗疗程、临床疗效等方面进行比较,并按不同疗法进行分类综述。结果:针灸治疗股外侧皮神经炎取穴多以局部取穴为主,疗法有针刺、温针灸、皮肤针叩刺、火针、穴位注射、电针及多种疗法配合使用,且均见显著疗效。结论:针灸疗法已被广泛用于临床治疗股外侧皮神经炎,但是目前尚存在一些有待解决的问题,优化治疗方案仍然有待进一步探讨。

The Clinical Study on Acupuncture in Treating Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis

Objective:To review relative documents about acupuncture in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis in clinic in recent years,so we can select effective methods of acupuncture treatment according to syndromes,and do necessary exploration for future study.Methods:Relative documents about acupuncture in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis in clinic were searched,pathogenesis,treatment methods,acupoints selection,specific operation,treatment procedures and clinical effects were compared,the documents were summarized according to different therapies.Results:Acupuncture in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis regarded local selection as the main method,the treatment therapies including needling,needle warming through moxibustion,dermal needle sticking,fire needle,acupoints injection,electroacupuncture and many other therapies,and all had significant effects.Conclusion:Acupuncture has been applied to treat lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis in clinic,but there are still some problems need to be solved and the optimal treatment scheme still need to be discussed.
