周围型肺癌的CT征象与Fas蛋白表达相关性的研究

目的:通过分析周围型肺癌CT征象与Fas蛋白表达的关系,探讨用CT征象反映肺癌分子生物学变化的可能性。方法:收集周围型肺癌31例,以免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤细胞Fas蛋白表达,并分析两者的相应关系。结果:周围型肺癌的大小、坏死、空洞及纵隔淋巴结转移与Fas异常表达关系密切,而胸膜凹陷征、小泡征、支气管血管集束征与Fas表达关系不密切。结论:周围型肺癌中肿瘤的直径>3cm及出现坏死、空洞及纵隔淋巴结转移者提示肺癌恶性度高,易转移,预后不良。

Study on the relationship between CT appearance and expression of Fas protein in peripheral lung cancer

Objective: To study the possibility of using CT signs to reflect the biological behavior of lung cancer by analyzing the relationship between peripheral lung cancer and the expression of protein Fas. Methods: The expressions of protein Fas were examined by immunohistochemistry in 31 cases of peripheral lung cancer, and the relationship between CT signs and the expressions was analyzed. Results: The size, necrosis, cavitation and lymph node metastasis of peripheral lung cancer are correlated with the abnormal expression of Fas, but the pleural retraction sign, small vacuole sign and vascular-bronchial convergent sign have no obvious relationship with the expression of protein Fas. Conclusions: The peripheral lung cancer over 3cm in diameter, with necrosis, cavitation and lymph node metastasis predict higher degree of malignancy, easier metastasis and a bad prognosis.
