中医对慢性萎缩性胃炎的认识及治疗的研究近况

慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种以胃黏膜萎缩变薄、固有腺体减少或消失为特征的消化系统疾病,常伴有肠上皮化生和不典型增生。中医学将其归属于"胃脘痛"、"痞满"、"嘈杂"、"纳呆"等范畴。其临床表现多呈胃脘隐痛或上腹胀闷不适,嗳气或呕恶,食欲不振等症状,医家多从胃、脾、肝等脏辨证论治,并取得较好的疗效。现将近年来中医对慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理机制、辨证论治、微观辨证、中成药治疗研究的显著成效进行综述。
