| 摘 要： | 目的筛选益母草泡腾片药材提取工艺。方法通过在不同的用水量、助干剂、喷雾干燥的条件下,对益母草流浸膏半成品进行相对密度、含水量、水苏碱含量进行对比。结果提取液加入40%麦芽糊精作为助干剂为最优条件;喷雾干燥最佳工艺为：药液相对密度1.20～1.22（80℃）、进风温度150℃、进料速度8转/分钟、排风率100%。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose Medicaments extracting technology of Leonurus Extractum Effervescent Tablets.Method By means of different usage amount of water,desiccant and Spray-drying,to compare the semimanufactures of Leonurus extravum Leonurus, density,water content,and Stachydrine content.Result It s better to put 40% Malt dextrin Malt into extractions as desiccant .The best technology of Spray-drying：The relative density of medicaments liquor is 1.20～1.22（80℃）,inlet air temperature is 150℃,customer s materials speed is 8 round per minute, discharge air is 100%. |
