直肠癌结肠造口患者自我护理状况及健康需求的调查

目的了解直肠癌结肠造口患者自我护理情况及健康需求状况,为提高护理质量提供依据。方法对40例直肠癌结肠造口患者进行问卷调查采集资料。结果造口周围皮肤炎症是发生率最高的造口并发症,多数患者排便无规律,部分患者存在排便不适及排便异常;仅少数患者在出院前能够达到造口自理;患者最希望了解的是如何训练定时排便。结论应加强患者住院后健康教育,健康教育内容及形式应根据患者具体要求进行。

Investigation on Self-Care and Needs for Health Education among Patients with Colostomy after Rectal Carcinoma Surgery

Objective To understand the patients self-care and needs of health education for patients with colostomy after rectal carcinoma surgery to provide basic information for enhancing the quality of nursing.Method Questionnaire method was used and 40 discharged rectal carcinoma patients after colostomy.Results The dermatitis of the colostomy surroundings was the most common complication.Most patients' defecation was not regular.Some patients experienced discomfort and defecation disorder.Only a few of patients could achieve self-care for the colostomy before discharged from the hospital.The patients' first need for health education was to understand how to train to regular defecation.Conclusion The patients' health education should be enhanced after being hospitalized and the content and form of the health education should be different according to the patients' actual needs.
