| 摘 要： | 目的:观察二冬琼玉汤和隔蒜灸联合应用对肺结核患者的治疗效果及对免疫调控的影响。方法:将100例肺结核患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例,对照组采用3HRZES(V)/6HRE方案,治疗组在3HRZES(V)/6HRE方案基础上,加二冬琼玉汤和隔蒜灸辅助治疗。结果:治疗组经治疗1个月后和3个月后,痰菌阴转率较对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组胸部病灶吸收率(1、3月末)较对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较IL-2和IFN-γ均较对照组升高明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:药灸结合辅助治疗肺结核疗效满意,并且通过促进细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2释放,从而增强细胞免疫功能。
