| 摘 要： | 目的 深入了解北京市村卫生室人力资源现状及存在的问题.方法 在北京市H区选取有代表性的乡/镇和村作为实地观察和访谈现场,对当地村医进行实地观察和个人深入访谈.结果 研究发现乡村医生队伍存在着年龄老化、质量不高、补充不足等问题.结论 在此基础上提出了村卫生室人力资源发展的对策,以期为探索农村卫生队伍建设,特别是村级医疗卫生队伍建设的可行之路,推动农村卫生事业的发展提供建议.
