| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4(HE4)对卵巢癌的诊断价值,及其与糖链抗原125(CA125)联合检测对其诊断价值的比较.方法 用ELISA试剂盒检测58例卵巢癌患者、41例其他妇科肿瘤患者和41例健康女性血清中的HE4和CA125水平.结果 卵巢癌患者组的HE4水平明显高于妇科其他肿瘤组和健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);单独检测HE4的ROC曲线下面积为91.4%,灵敏性和特异性分别为75.0%和97.5%;单独检测CA125的ROC曲线下面积为77.3%,灵敏性和特异性分别为71.2%和77.5%;二者联合检测时ROC曲线下面积为92.5%,灵敏性和特异性分别为78.8%和97.5%.结论 HE4的灵敏性和特异性均优于CA125,二者联合检测特异性无明显改变,但提高了检测的灵敏性,HE4对卵巢癌的诊断价值优于单独CA125检测. |
