农村青壮年糖尿病周围神经病200例临床与神经电生理分析

目的：探讨农村青壮年糖尿病周围神经病（DPN）患者的临床与神经电生理特点。方法：分析200例农村青壮年DPN患者的临床特点，测定其运动神经和感觉神经传导速度，并与180例城镇相同年龄组DPN患者进行对照分析。结果：农村青壮年DPN患者临床特征如麻木、丧失劳动能力等均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；神经电生理检查异常率也明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；周围神经重度损害所占的比例也明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：农村青壮年DPN患者临床与神经电生理不仅以感觉．神经损害为主，且大多数伴有运动神经不同程度的损害，重度损害者可因致残而丧失劳动能力。

Analysis of clinical and neurophysiology in 200 young and adults with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from remote and poverty region

Objective：To study the clinical and neurophysiological characteristics of young and adult patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） from rural regions. Methods： Nerve conduction velocity （NCV） including motor conduction velocity（MCV） and sensory conduction velocity（SCV） were measured in 200 patients with DPN from rural regions and in 180 patients from cities. Results： The abnormality ratio of neurophysiology ,clinical symptoms and severeas never damage in the rural group are more significant than that in the city group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The damage is common not only in sensory nevers but also in motor never in patients with DPN from rural regions. The severe nerve damage could lead to disability.
