中国高影响力医学科技论文与核心期刊的相互关系

利用《中国生物医学期刊引文数据库》(CMCI)的数据,计量分析了1994-2004年来国内医学领域高影响力的科研论文期刊分布情况;对照《中文核心期刊要目总览》(第4版)和《中国科技期刊引证报告》(2005年版)收录的核心期刊进行比较分析研究。发现高影响力医学论文多刊登在国家最权威的核心期刊上,但有不少核心期刊没有一篇高影响力论文,而个别非核心期刊的高影响力论文多达数十篇。所以不能简单地以高影响力论文或核心期刊论文来评价论文和期刊的质量。

Mutual relation between the highly impact medical articles of China and the Chinese core journals

This paper bibliometrically analyzes the distribution of the highly impact medical articles of China from 1994 to 2004 based on the Chinese Medical Citation Index (CMCI),compares the highly impact medical articles with that in the Guide to the Chinese Core Journals (2004 edition) and in the China Journal Citation Report (CJCR). The result shows that most of the highly impact medical articles were issued in the authoritative and established core journals of China, and none of them was issued in a few core journals, but some of them were issued in the no-core journals. The authors concluded that the quality of scientific articles and journals could not be evaluated merely relying on the core journals.
