中医现代化与中西医结合研究方法学

传统中医的医学模式是“思维-哲学”模式,为探讨中医现代化途径和中西医结合的方法,本文从中西医学临床思维过程对比,中西医证候体系的重新建构和规范化,中医辩证论治理论体系的客观化标准化,中西医科学研究形式差异互补四方面切入,深入剖析了中西医学的异同和各自优势,分析了中医学两千年以来停滞不前的内在原因在于封闭性,概括中医现代化的可取途径,指出中医现代化是科学问题的目标规定,是科学问题的方法论规定,必将促进医学科学的进步与发展。

TCM Modernlization and Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine Research Method

TCM mode is“thinking-philosophy”mode.In order to discuss TCM modernlization and Integrated Chinese-Western method,we compare the way of clinic thinking with TCM and western medicine,probe the recons-tructionand regulation of the TCM sydrome types system,objectivly standardlize the TCM sydrome differentiation and treatment theory,study the research diffrence between TCM and western medicine and the advantage of eachother.Analyze the inner reason that TCM has’nt developed for 2000 years is it’s closed system.Conclude the aceptble ways of TCM mordernlization,point out that is the aim and method of the science question,it must promote the medicine progress and develope ment.
