| 摘 要： | 目的 研究硝苯地平缓、控释片的质量控制方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法,测定三种硝苯地平缓、控释片的含量。结果 线性方程为A=0．016007C 0．002392,r=0．9998,平均加样回收率为101．5％,RSD为3．00％(n=15)。结论 该法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,可做为硝苯地平缓、控释片的质量控制的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quality control methods of nifedipine sustained release tablets and nifedipine controlled release tablets. Method To determine the contents of three kinds of nifedipine sustained release tablets and controlled release tablets by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The linear curve was A=0.016007c+0.002392(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 101.5%with RSD of 3.00%(n=15). Conclusions This method is simple,specific,accurate and repeatable. It may be adopted for quality control of nifedipine sustained release and controlled release tablets. |
