| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同离体时间全脱位年轻恒牙再植后的成功率。方法详细记录60颗全脱位牙离体时间、手术、及牙愈合情况,定期对患者进行随访1~2年。结果60颗脱位牙再植后牙髓活力测定阳性19颗(31.67%),牙周膜愈合26颗(43.30%),骨性愈合31颗(51.67%),纤维愈合3颗(5.00%)。术后对38颗牙进行了根管治疗。结论缩短脱位牙的离体时间、尽可能保存牙周膜的活性等是再植成功的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the success ratio of replantation of dislocated young permanent teeth due to trauma.Methods The time of dislocation,operation and healing of 60 dislocated young permanent teeth were recorded in details,and patients were followed up periodically.Results The pulpal vitality test was positive in 19 teeth(31.67%).It was judged 26 teeth being as periodontal membranous healing,26 bony healing and 3 fibrous healing.Root canal therapies were conducted in 38 teeth.Conclusions To obtain higher survival rate,it is important to reduce the extra-alveolar duration and carefully protect periodontal membranes of the dislocated young Permanent Teeth. |
