| 摘 要： | 本文应用抗华支睾吸虫成虫抗原的单克隆抗体建立了Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ，以检测华支睾吸虫病人血清中的循环抗原。被检的６１例中５１例（８３％）呈阳性反应，而肺吸虫、血吸虫、旋毛虫、猪囊虫病人以及健康人均为阴性。

| Abstract: | Dot-ELISA was performed with the purified and monoclonal antibody against the antigen of Clonorchis sinensis to detect circulating antigen in patients infected with this parasite. Fifty one of the 61 serum samples collected from patients with clonorchiasis were Dot-ELISA positive with a positive rate of 83%, patients of paragonimiasis, schistosomiasis, cysticercosis as well as normal persons were all negative. |
