B超联合!腔镜在子宫内膜癌诊断中的临床研究

目的：探究B超联合！腔镜对子宫内膜癌的临床诊断价值。方法选取本院2012年1月至2013年1月收治的子宫内膜癌患者70例，将患者随机分为诊刮组（34例）、B超联合宫腹腔镜检查组（36例），对两组患者进行诊断。依照手术治疗、术后病理结果对两种诊断方法准确率进行对比，观察诊断有效性。结果 B超联合！腔镜组诊断有效率（94.4%）明显高于诊刮组（76.5%），差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。其宫颈浸润诊断准确率达到97.2%，分期准确率分别为92.3%和100.0%。结论 B超联合！腔镜可以明显提高子宫内膜癌患者诊断准确率，提升临床分期有效性，对患者早期康复具有非常好的促进作用。

Clinical study of B ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy on endometrial cancer. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013,70 patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital were chose,the pa-tients were randomly divided into curettage group（34 cases）,B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy examination group（36 cases）. In accordance with the surgery,postoperative pathological findings,the accuracy of two diagnostic methods were com-pared,and the diagnostic validity was observed. Results The accuracy rate of B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy group （94. 4%）was significantly higher than that of the curettage group（76. 5%）,there was significant difference（P﹤0. 05）. The diagnostic accuracy rate of invasive cervical was 97. 2%,and staging accuracy was 92. 3% and 100. 0%,respectively. Conclusion B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial cancer, enhance the effectiveness of clinical staging,and has promoting effect on early rehabilitation.
