B超联合!腔镜在子宫内膜癌诊断中的临床研究

摘    要:
目的:探究B超联合!腔镜对子宫内膜癌的临床诊断价值。方法选取本院2012年1月至2013年1月收治的子宫内膜癌患者70例,将患者随机分为诊刮组(34例)、B超联合宫腹腔镜检查组(36例),对两组患者进行诊断。依照手术治疗、术后病理结果对两种诊断方法准确率进行对比,观察诊断有效性。结果 B超联合!腔镜组诊断有效率(94.4%)明显高于诊刮组(76.5%),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。其宫颈浸润诊断准确率达到97.2%,分期准确率分别为92.3%和100.0%。结论 B超联合!腔镜可以明显提高子宫内膜癌患者诊断准确率,提升临床分期有效性,对患者早期康复具有非常好的促进作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy on endometrial cancer. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013,70 patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital were chose,the pa-tients were randomly divided into curettage group(34 cases),B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy examination group(36 cases). In accordance with the surgery,postoperative pathological findings,the accuracy of two diagnostic methods were com-pared,and the diagnostic validity was observed. Results The accuracy rate of B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy group (94. 4%)was significantly higher than that of the curettage group(76. 5%),there was significant difference(P﹤0. 05). The diagnostic accuracy rate of invasive cervical was 97. 2%,and staging accuracy was 92. 3% and 100. 0%,respectively. Conclusion B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial cancer, enhance the effectiveness of clinical staging,and has promoting effect on early rehabilitation.
