生髓活骨丸并推拿和中药雾化治疗早期股骨头坏死临床研究

目的:观察生髓活骨丸内服并推拿、中药雾化治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:将180例Ficat分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者随机分为2组各90例,治疗组服生髓活骨丸口服,配合手法推拿、中药雾化治疗;对照组服用活血止痛胶囊和六味地黄丸,分别对2组进行Harris评分、影像学疗效和综合疗效比较。结果:治疗后3月、1年,2组Harris总评分均较治疗前升高,差异有非常显著性意(P0.01);且治疗组各时间点总评分升高均优于对照组(P0.01)。治疗后1年影像学疗效总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗后1年综合疗效总有效率治疗组为95.6%,对照组为84.4%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:生髓活骨丸并手法、中药雾化治疗早期股骨头坏死疗效显著。

Clinical Study of Shengsui Huogu Pills Combined with Massage and Chinese Medicine Atomization Treatment for Early Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective： To observe the effect of Shengsui Huogu pills combined with massage and Chinese medicine （CM）atomization for early necrosis of the femoral head. Methods： One hundred and eighty cases of Ficat phase Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group with 90 cases was treated with Shengsui Huo~ pills combined with massage and CM atomization, and the control group with 90 cases was treated with Huoxue Zhitong capsule and Liuwei Dihuang pills. Harris scores, effect on imageology, and comprehensive effect were compared between the two groups. Results： The Harris scores were increased after treatment for 3 months and one year in both groups（P〈0.01 compared with those before treatment）. And those in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group at each time point（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of imageology was 93.3% in the treatment group, and was 66.7% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of comprehensive effect was 99.3% in the treatment group, and was 66.7% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shengsui Huogu pills combined with massage and CM atomization have certain effect on early necrosis of femoral head.
