河北省公务员糖尿病及空腹血糖受损的危险因素分析

目的了解河北省公务员空腹血糖受损(IFG)及糖尿病(DM)患病的现状,并对超重、肥胖与IFG及DM的相关性进行研究。方法选取2011年9～11月在某医院体检中心进行体检的1 067名公务员的体检资料进行分析。结果随着年龄增长,DM、IFG患病率升高,且>50岁年龄段增高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着体重指数(BMI)增高,DM、IFG患病率相应增高,且超重、肥胖组DM及IFG患病率明显高于BMI正常组(P<0.05)。结论年龄增长、超重、肥胖均是DM、IFG的危险因素,应积极干预危险因素,同时加强IFG阶段健康生活方式宣教和管理力度,从而减少DM及其并发症的发生。

Analysis on risk factors of diabetes mellitus and impaired fasting glucose of civil servants in Hebei Province

Objective To understand the current situation of impaired fasting glucose(IFG) and diabetes mellitus(DM) of civil servants in Hebei Province,and research the correlation between overweight & obesity and IFG & DM.Method Analyze the physical examination data of 1 067 civil servants who conducted physical examination in a hospital from September to November in 2011.Results The prevalence of DM and IFG increased along with age,and people over 50 years old had higher prevalence.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Along with the increase of body mass index(BMI),the prevalence of DM and IFG increased accordingly.Moreover,the prevalence of overweight and obese group was significantly higher than that of the normal BMI group(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,overweight and obesity were all the risk factors of DM and IFG.We should actively intervene in risk factors,and enhance education and management of healthy lifestyle in IFG stage,so as to reduce the occurrence of DM and its complications.
