摘    要:
我们用液氮浅低温冷冻家兔皮肤组织观察到,该冷冻发法对皮肤组织无明显损伤,光镜检查见皮肤浅层血管扩张,数目增加,尤以毛囊周围为显著。且表皮呈增生性改变,有暂时性色素沉着。毛被生长速度及色泽均较对照组快和深。给浅低温冷冻治疗脱发性疾病,萎缩性、血管性、瘙痒性、肥厚性等皮肤病提供了实验依据,为冷冻治疗皮肤病开辟了新途径。

Abstract:
Superficial hypothermic cryotherapy of liquid nitrogen was applied to the skin tissue of rabbits, we observed teat this method had no distinct injury for skin tissue, The experiment showed that the blood vessels of superficial layer in the skin were dtlatant and the number of vessels was increased, especially in the surrounding of hatr-folltcle. The epidermis was hyperplastic and transient hyperpigmentation. The new hairs grew faster and blacker than control groups. This method gave on experimental basis for superficial hypothermic cryotherapy in treating the diseases of decalvant, atrophic, vascular, pruritic and hypertrophic, etc It was a new way of cryotherapy to treat the skin diseases.
