乳房护理干预对母婴分离产妇泌乳的影响

摘    要:目的探讨乳房护理干预对产后母婴分离产妇泌乳量的影响。方法将2011年1月~2013年2月我科母婴分离产妇180例纳入本研究,按照开展乳房护理干预前后分为对照组和实验组,各90例。对照组(2011年1月~2012年1月)给予常规护理。实验组(2012年2月~2013年2月)给予乳房护理干预。比较两组产妇产后泌乳量、泌乳开始时间和乳房硬度。结果干预后实验组产妇产后泌乳量明显多于对照组,泌乳开始时间早于对照组,乳房硬度I°明显多于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.001)。结论给予母婴分离产妇乳房护理干预,对于产妇产后正常泌乳和母乳喂养均具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of breast nursing intervention on maternal separation of maternal lactation.Methods 180 cases of maternal separation women patients from January 2011 to February 2013 were elected in this study,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the nursing intervention for breast.The patients in experimental group were given the breast nursing intervention while not given in control group.And compared maternal postpartum lactation,lactation start time and breast hardness of the two groups.Results After breast nursing intervention,the amount of maternal postpartum lactation in experiment group was significantly more than that of control group,lactation start time was earlier than that of control group,breast hardness I°was significantly more than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P〈0.001).Conclusion Breast nursing intervention apply to maternal separation plays an important role in postpartum normal lactation and breast feeding,it has positive clinical significance.
