| 摘 要： | 在明确评估指标构建原则的基础上，采用专家法（德尔菲法）和层次分析法（AHP法），从培训资源、培训管理、培训教学和培训效果四个维度切入，确定各评估指标及其权重，初步构建药剂专业中职师资培训质量评估指标体系，为药剂专业中职师资培训效果提供评价的参考依据。
