| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经侧裂入路治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的方法以及效果.方法:将98例基底节区高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例,其中对照组采取传统的经颞叶皮层切开手术清除血肿,观察组采取经侧裂入路显微手术清除血肿,进行两组的差异分析.结果:统计两组的术后昏迷结束时间以及术后三日复查血肿的清除程度,观察组明显优于...
