| 摘 要： | 目的：观察硬膜外阻滞联合异氟醚吸入对胃癌手术患者血流动力学的影响。方法：将71例患者随机分为两组,36例患者采取硬膜外阻滞联合异氟醚吸入为观察组,35例患者采取异氟醚吸入全麻为对照组。观察并记录两组患者术前（T0）、诱导后即刻（T1）、切皮时（T2）、切皮后100 min（T3）、关腹时（T4）、拔管后10min（T5）NIBP和HR。结果：两组患者在手术过程中均未出现低血压现象,且HR维持良好,对照组患者在切皮时（T2）、切皮后100 min（T3）、关腹时（T4）,SBP、DBP均下降明显,但很快又回升,未造成严重后果,观察组患者相比对照组患者而言,三项指标均倾向于更稳定,仅在诱导后即刻SBP和DBP有所下降。结论：对胃癌手术患者采取硬膜外阻滞联合异氟醚吸入全麻,患者血流动力学稳定,无低血压现象发生。 |
