| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列腺增生症（BPH）与慢性前列腺炎（CP）的关系及临床特点。方法：回顾性分析2007年10月至2010年10月我院泌尿外科收治的78例良性BPH患者的临床资料,分析的内容包括年龄、病程、国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、前列腺体积、PSA水平。结果：78例患者中合并CP的患者有50例（64.10%,BPH/CP组）,单纯BPH患者28例（35.90%,BPH组）。BPH/CP组患者年龄、病程显著高于BPH组,其IPSS评分明显增加,而前列腺体积及PSA水平亦显著高于BPH组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：BPH合并CP患者相对于单纯BPH患者具有年龄大、病史长、前列腺体积增大及血清PSA浓度明显升高的特征。前列腺炎症在BPH的进展中起着重要作用,同时炎症可能会加重BPH患者的下尿路症状,应给予积极治疗。
