| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高血压患者施行无痛肠镜检查的安全性及可行性。方法：分为芬太尼-异丙酚组（观察组）78例及常规肠镜组（对照组）72例,记录操作时间,连续检测并记录术前、术中及术后的收缩压、心率、血氧饱和度和R-R间期标准差（SDNN）。结果：观察组操作时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）;与术前比较,观察组收缩压由高血压下降至正常值范围（P〈0.05）,心率及SDNN下降（P〈0.05）;对照组术中的收缩压进一步升高,心率增快达心动过速,SDNN下降（P〈0.05）;两组血氧饱和度检查前中后均无明显性变化（P〉0.05）;观察组受检者无任何不适反应。结论：高血压患者施行无痛肠镜检查安全可行。
