| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨瑞巴派特治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将80例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组口服瑞巴派特,对照组口服硫糖铝,疗程8周。治疗前及治疗1、4、8周对患者进行症状评分,治疗前、后分别行胃镜检查及胃黏膜组织病理学检查和评分。结果：观察组患者症状评分、胃镜评分好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：瑞巴派特治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎安全有效,值得临床推广应用。 |
