抗生素治疗肺癌化疗后肺部感染的疗效观察

目的：探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗肺癌化疗后肺部感染患者的治疗效果和安全性。方法：将49例肺癌化疗后肺部感染患者随机分为观察组28例和对照组21例,观察组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠2.0g,静脉滴注,每日2次,对照组给予头孢他啶钠2.0g,静脉滴注,每日1次。结果：观察组有效率为85.8%、控制率为92.9%,对照组有效率、控制率均为76.2%,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组所致的不良反应无差异。结论：头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗肺癌化疗后肺部感染的疗效满意,毒副反应小,值得推广。
