| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自拟爽腑汤联合西药治疗结肠冗长症的临床效果。方法：将我院结肠冗长症患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医综合治疗措施,在此基础上观察组给予自拟爽腑汤联合西药治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者排便间隔、便质、排便费力及使用泻药积分明显优于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论：中西医结合治疗结肠冗长症的疗效明确,安全性高,值得应用。
