| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折术后早期膝关节功能锻炼的方法。方法:对2010年1月~2011年8月期间在我科治疗的22例胫骨平台骨折术后的患者进行有计划、分阶段的早期功能锻炼。结果:疗效评价标准采用HSS膝关节评分标准进行评价,22例患者中优18例,占81.8%;良4例,占18.2%。结论:胫骨平台骨折术后早期进行膝关节康复训练和精细护理,是预防膝关节僵硬切实可行的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the tibial plateau fractures with early postoperative knee joint functional exercise methods.Methods:from January 1 2010 to August 8 2011 in our department for treatment of 22cases of tibial plateau fracture postoperative patients were planned,and stages of early functional exercise.Results:evaluation of the efficacy of standard using HSS knee score criteria were evaluated,in 22 patients,18 cases were excellent,81.8% good in 4 cases,accounting for 18.2%.Conclusion: Tibial plateau fractures early postoperative knee joint rehabilitation training and nursing is fine,prevention of stiffness of knee joint mainly practical methods. |
