舒适护理在鼻内镜围手术期患者中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在鼻内镜围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法对90例行鼻内镜围手术期患者实施舒适护理,包括体位舒适护理,疼痛护理,口渴、咽干护理,同时关注患者心理舒适需求和密切观察病情。观察患者对手术引起不舒适的耐受情况。结果63例（70.0%）患者对手术引起的不舒适可耐受,22例（24.4%）患者较能耐受,5例（5.6%）患者难以耐受。结论在鼻内镜围手术期患者中采用舒适护理,可使患者在生理和心理上获得了满足感和安全感,提高了患者的舒适度,促进了患者康复。

Comfort nursing in perioperative patients undergoing nasal endoscopy

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in patients undergoing nasal endoscopy. Methods 90 patients who were to undergo nasal endoscopy were cared with body position comfort nursing, pain comfort nursing and thirsty comfort nursing. Meanwhile, the requirements fi）r mental comfort were met and their conditions were closely observed. Their tolerance to discomfort from endoscopy was observed as well. Result Of them, 63 patients （70.0%） could completely tolerate the discomforts from endoscopy, 22 could moderately tolerate the discomforts and 5（5.6%） could hardly tolerate. Conclusions The comfort nursing to the patients undergoing nasal endoscopy may help them to gain a sense of satisfaction and safety physically and psychoiogically. It can improve the patients＇ degree of comfort and promote their recovery.
