超声心动图诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的应用价值

目的探讨产前胎儿超声心动图对先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法 2009年1月~2012年1月在我院行产前超声检查的孕妇,采用七切面顺序分段法对胎儿进行心脏检查,以产后新生儿超声心动图或尸检结果为诊断先天性心脏病的金标准。分析产前胎儿超声心动图对先心病的诊断的准确性。结果 3 095例胎儿中,产前诊断先心病36例,金标准诊断出40例,产前胎儿超声心动图诊断先心病的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为87.5%、99.9%、97.2%和99.8%。结论产前胎儿超声心动图是诊断胎儿先天性心脏病准确和安全的方法。

Diagnostic value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease in fetus

Objective To explore the value of fetal echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease.Methods Fetal echocardiography were applyed on pregnant women who visited in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Jan 2012.Seven sequential segmental approach were performed to detect the heart of fetus.Echocardiography results of neonate and autopsy was considered as gold standard.Results Thirty six and forty congenital heart disease among 3 095 fetus were detected by echocardiography and gold standard respectively.Fetal echocardiography had a sensitivity of 87.5%,specificity of 99.9%,positive predictive value of 97.2% and negative predictive value of 97.2% to identify fetus with congenital heart disease.Conclusion Fetal echocardiography is safety and accurate in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease.
