| 摘 要： | 流行病学调查显示脑血管病的发病率在我国呈逐年增加趋势，同时，随着医疗水平的发展，对中风患者的救治成功率也大大提高，这样在社会上就存在着大量的中风后功能障碍患者。在中风后偏瘫患者的各种功能障碍中，平衡能力的丧失或减退表现得尤为突出而严重，常导致偏瘫患者发生摔倒，引起严重的后果。有文献报道，在发生摔倒的成人中以中风后偏瘫患者最多。同时约有34％神经疾病患者一年中至少摔倒一次，而中风患者在发生摔到的神经疾患患者中占有很大比例。在有过摔倒经历的老人中，25％的人会因为恐惧感而使活动水平降低，生活独立性也随之下降，其中中风偏瘫的老人占了很大比重。可见，在偏瘫患者摔倒的原因中，平衡能力的下降是主要因素之一。

| Abstract: | It is one of the various function obstacles of hemiplegia patient after apoplexy to equilibrate the lose of ability or fail.This text,through explaining the treatment mechanism of recovering in acupuncture and moxibustion,and it is proved that combine with modern rehabilitation technique and treat balanced function is a feasible method of obstacle under apoplexy on being clinical traditional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. |
