膀胱痉挛是前列腺摘除术后常见的并发症之一,其发生率约为40%~100%,表现为强烈的尿意、便意、肛门坠胀、难以忍受的膀胱强烈收缩、疼痛及尿道外口反射痛,并可引发继发性出血及冲洗液阻滞,合并心血管疾病者可诱发冠心病、血压增高等并发症[1]。2004年1月~2005年12月我科行耻骨上
