心肌缺血再灌注损伤与心肌细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘    要:
心肌缺血再灌注损伤中存在着不同程度的心肌细胞凋亡的现象。如何减少心肌细胞凋亡已成为心肌保护的研究热点之一,随着研究的不断深入,其在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中应用具有广泛的前景。综述缺血再灌注损伤引起心肌细胞凋亡的证据、可能的相关机制、参与调节的相关基因分子和信号转导、以及初步阐述了目前减少心肌细胞凋亡的方法(缺血预适应和药物预适应)。

Abstract:
Apoptosis with different degree can be found in myocardial reperfusion injury.How to reduce myocardial apoptosis is one of the hot spots in myocardial preservation.With the deepening study,its application in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury will have wide prospective.This article not only reviews cell apoptosis resulting from myocardial reperfusion injury about its evidence,related possible mechanism and related gene molecules and its signal transduction taking part in regulation,but also initially debates the methods to reduce the myocardial apoptosis at present(ischemic preconditioning and drug preconditioning).
