北京市东城区居民中医药服务需求调查结果分析

目的了解北京市东城区居民对社区卫生服务机构提供的中医药服务的知晓、利用和需求情况,为北京市社区卫生中医药事业的发展提供合理建议。方法随机抽取1582名接受过社区卫生服务的居民进行调查。调查内容包括居民基本信息、对社区卫生提供中医药服务内容知晓情况、选择利用中医药防治疾病情况、对中医药进一步需求情况等。结果调查对象对社区卫生服务提供的中医药服务知晓率较高,接受过服务的居民比例较高。目前不能满足居民中医需求的主要是推拿按摩、针灸等。居民认为提高社区中医药服务能力主要是扩大站内面积和增加中医大夫。结论北京市东城区居民对中医药的认知理解较充分,接受程度高,居民对社区卫生机构提供中医药服务的需求比较旺盛,但现阶段社区卫生服务机构提供的中医药服务还不能完全满足居民的需求。

Investigation and analysis on the demands of Chinese traditional medicine in the residents in Dongcheng District of Beijing City

Objective To find out the understanding,use and demands of Chinese traditional medicine in the residents in Dongcheng District of Beijing City,and provide information for the development of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods 1 582 residents received community health care service were randomly selected and investigated for their basic information,understanding,selection and demands of Chinese traditional medicine.Results The investigation showed that resident’s understanding and use rate are comparatively high.Massage and acupuncture could not meet the demand of the residents.They believed that the solution for improving the quality of the service is to enlarge Community Health Care Station and add introduce more Chinese traditional medicine doctors.Conclusion The understanding and acceptance of the resident to Chinese traditional medicine are sufficient.At present,the Chinese traditional medicine service offered by Community Health Care Service Center still can not meet the relative high demand of the residents.
