综合疗法治疗重症肌无力50例

[目的]观察综合疗法治疗重症肌无力时针灸疗法的疗效。[方法]针灸的穴位有足三里、曲池、阳白、风池、外关等,中药用扶元益肌胶囊,其所包含的成分有当归、川芎、黄芪、丹参、红花等,按病情系统治疗,辨证施治。根据是否用针灸疗法,将100例病例随机分成两组,每组50例,以临床治愈率和治疗疗程作为观察标准。[结果]治疗组50例治愈44例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率88.0%。[结论]综合疗法治疗重症肌无力疗效肯定。

50 Examples Curative Effect Observation of Acupuncture to Myasthenia Gravis

[ Objective ] To observate the curative effet of acupuncture in comprehensive therapy for myasthenia gravis. [ Methods ] the acupuncture points are Zusanli, Quchi, Yangbai, Fengchi, Waiguan etc. Chinese medicine is Fuyuanyiji Capsule which contains Radix endelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma chuanxiong, Radixastragali, Radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Flos carthami etc. Acorrding the extent of disease, the acupuncture and chinese medicine need systematic and dialectical treatment. According to whether to use the acupuncture therapy, the observation was classified into 2 subgroups, the treated group and the control group, each group of 50 exampies;and make the clinical cure rate and treatment duration as observation targets. [ Results ] 44 samples had been cured,4 were effective ,and 2 were invalid in the treated group. The clinical cure rate was 88.0%. [ Conclusions] Comprehensive treatment to cure Myasthenia gravis should be confirmed.
