C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体联合检测在脑梗死诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)和D-二聚体(D-D)联合检测在脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法将脑梗死患者90作为脑梗死组,其中轻型28例(轻型亚组)、中型42例(中型亚组)、重型20例(重型亚组);另将门诊健康体检者60例作为对照组。比较各组CRP、Fib及D-D水平。结果脑梗死组CRP、Fib及D-D均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中、重型亚组CRP、Fib及D-D均明显高于轻型亚组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测CRP、Fib及D-D对脑梗死的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

Application value of combination detection of C-reactive protein,fibrinogen and D-dimer for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the application value of combination detection of C-reactive protein(CRP),fibrinogen(Fib) and D-dimer(D-D) for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods 90 cases patients with cerebral infarction was set as cerebral infarction group,including light duty 28 cases(light subgroup),medium duty 42 cases(medium subgroup),heavy duty 20 cases(heavy subgroup).Selected 60 cases of outpatient healthy individuals as control group.Compared the CRP,Fib and D-D levels of each group.Results The CRP,Fib and D-D were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The CRP,Fib and D-D of medium subgroup and heavy subgroup were significantly higher than those of light subgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion United detection of CRP,Fib and D-D has an important significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.
