影响股骨颈骨折疗效因素分析

目的 分析影响股骨颈骨折疗效的因素，提高其治愈率。方法 １９８８年迄今共行股骨颈骨折手术治疗３２５例，其中１６１例三翼钉内固定，５３例加压螺纹钉固定，５２例人工股骨头置换术，４８例多根克氏针固定，１１例鹅颈钉固定，对其疗效和影响因素进行了分析。结果 本组病例临床愈合２１２例（７７．６５％），骨折不愈合头坏死６１例（２２．３５％），人工股骨头置换５２例效果良好。结论 影响股骨颈骨折疗效的因素是多方面

Analysis of in fluential factors concerning curative effect on fracture of the femoral neck.

Objective To improve the cure rate of fracture of femoral neck, many influential factors had been analysed. Methods Since 1988, we had operated on 325 patients with fracture of the femoral neck. Among them, 161 were treated with triflanged nails, 53 with lay screws, 52 with artificial femoral heads, 48 with several Kirschner's nails, and 11 with goose head-like nails. The correlation between curative effects and influential factors was analysed. Results 212 cases were clinically healed (the cure rate was 77 65%), 61 had necrosis of femoral head secondary to nonunion (the failure rate was 22 35%). 52 with replacement of artificial femoral head had good effects. Conclusions Many factors relate to curative effect on fracture of the femoral neck, such as age, type of fracture, reposition degree, internal fixation materials, operating optimum time, bearing time and local blood supply.
