| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用彩超引导经皮肾穿刺微通道（minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL）治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析运用彩超引导对46例上尿路结石患者进行MPCNL治疗的资料。结果46例患者肾穿刺成功率97.8%（45/46）,经皮肾通道碎石取石成功率95.7%（44/46）,结石一次取净率65.2%（30/46）,全部病例术后解除结石梗阻。结论彩超引导下经皮肾穿刺微通道治疗上尿路结石成功率高,创伤小,疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)guided by color ultrasound.Methods 46 patients with upper urinary tract calculi were retrospectively analyzed,who were treated with MPCNL guided by color ultrasound.Results The success rate of puncture to the target point inside kidney was 97.8%(45/46),and the rate of satisfactory nephrolithotomy was 95.7%(44/46).The once clearance rate of calculi was 65.2%(30/46),block caused by calculi was relieved in all cases after operations.Conclusion MPCNL has the advantages of high success rate,less trauma and satisfactory effect. |
