| 摘 要： | 目的评价椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗不稳定性Hangman骨折的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析我科自2002年以来收治的9例不稳定性Hangman骨折患者，所有患者均采用C2-3椎弓根螺钉侧块钉板系统内固定治疗。结果经过12-38个月随访。X线片显示骨折愈合，复位良好。无动脉损伤及其他手术并发症。1例术前Frankel分级为D级的患者术后恢复至E级。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗不稳定性Hangman骨折可获得骨折即时复位，固定可靠，是一种理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the outcomes of pedicle screw fixation in treatment of unstable Hangman's fracture. Methods 9 cases with unstable Hangman's frature were retrospectively analyzed. 5 of them were type II,2 of them were type IIa,and 2 of them were type III. All patients were treated with pedicle screw fixation.
