胸腺瘤的分类进展

胸腺瘤的分类一直是众多学者争论的话题，因其形态学的多样性和肿瘤细胞的异质性，加之缺乏简单有效的观测指标，它的分类方法尚未得到统一。随着诊断技术的发展和肿瘤生物学研究的进步，几种关于胸腺瘤的分类方法被先后提出，其中包括目前被大家公认的胸腺瘤世界卫生组织（WHO）分类方法等。现对几种影响比较广泛的胸腺瘤分类方法进行综述，探讨每种方法存在的问题及其对临床的指导意义，总结该领域的发展趋势，以期对胸腺瘤的分类和临床研究提供帮助。

Recent of Advances in the Classification of Thymoma

The classification of thymoma has always been controversial topil in recent years. It hasn＇t been unified because of the morphological diversity of thymoma, the heterogeneity of tumour cells and the lack of simple and effective observation index. With the development of diagnostic technique and oncobiology research, several classification methods have been drawn off, including its World Health Organization（WHO） classification. We reviewed the main classification and discussed the problems of each classification method and their clinical guiding significamce, summarized the development tendency, methods assist the classification and clinical research of thymoma.
