| 摘 要： | 将偏瘫患者100例分成两组：一组用中药、针刺治疗，另一组用中药、针刺加康复训练。治疗4周，两组冶疗前后MAS及ADL评分均有显著差异。同时两组相比较，后者疗效优于前者，证明康复训练在偏瘫康复中具有不可缺少的重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | 100 hemiplegic patients are divided into two groups: one group is treated with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and acupuncture; the other group is treated with TCM, acupuncture and rehabilitation training. After four weeks, there is difference between two groups in MAS and ADL scores before and after treatment. At the same time the latter's effect is better than the former. It proves that rehabilitation research has important effect on hemiplegia rehabilitation. |
