环氧化酶2在乳腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴管生成的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P及SABC法检测87例乳腺癌组织COX-2和血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)表达,及20例癌旁组织COX-2的表达.计数肿瘤内淋巴管密度(LVD),并结合临床病理特征分析。结果:乳腺癌组织COX-2表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);淋巴结转移阳性组和阴性组的COX-2表达率有显著差异(P<0.01);淋巴管密度与COX-2表达呈正相关(P<0.01);且与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2过表达可能参与肿瘤发生,并增强乳腺癌的淋巴浸润及转移潜能。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in breast cancer and its correlation with lymphangiogenesis.Methods:The expressions of COX-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3(VEGFR-3)was determined by immunohistochemical S-P method and SABC method in 87 tumor tissues and 20 paratumor tissues from patients with breast cancer.The lymphatic vessels density(LVD)was counted,and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of COX-2 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paratumor tissues(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the positive expression rate of COX-2 between breast cancers with and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).LVD was positively correlated with the expression of both COX-2(P<0.01)and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:COX-2 may be involved in the occurrence of breast cancer and promote the lymphovascular invasion and metastasis.
