摘    要:
目的探讨隐性高血压(masked hypertension,MH)患者与动态动脉硬化指数(ambulatory arterialstiffness index,AASI)的关系。方法选取诊所血压(CBP)正常的体检者129例,均行24 h动态血压(ABP)检查,根据日间血压检测结果是否合并MH,将其分为MH组48例和对照组81例,并根据动态血压监测结果计算AASI。结果 MH组的24 h平均收缩、舒张压(24hSBP、24hDBP)均高于对照组(P〈0.05),日间平均收缩压、舒张压(dSBP、dDBP)升高更明显(P〈0.01);MH组的AASI明显升高,与对照组比较P均〈0.01。结论 MH患者的AASI显著高于对照组,提示MH患者的动脉弹性功能降低。

Abstract:
Objective To study the relations between of the ambulatory arterial stiffness index(AASI) and masked hypertension.Methods One hundred and eight subjects with mormal clinical blood pressuer(CBP) were normal were divided into two groups according to the results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM):patients with masked hyper-tension (n=48) and healthy control(n = 81).The ambulatory arterial stiffness index was measured and assessed.Results In patients with masked hypertension,the 24h SBP??24h DBP were significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05),the elevates of dSBP,dDBP were more obvious(P0.01) and the elevates of AASI is also significant(P0.01).Conclusion There were lower arterial elasticity in patients with masked hypertension.
